Dr Jürgen Sturm has been CIO of ZF Group since 2015. Prior to that, he served 16 years as CIO in the consumer industry, where he led the digital transformation at the Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group (2003-2014) and the consumer electronics company Grundig (1999-2003).

Sturm started his career as a programme manager for Business Process Reengineering at Daimler, where he became Head of Global Supply Chain at the company's electronics division, TEMIC Semiconductors. He is an active member of several expert panels and CIO and IT-user networks.
