Yoga exercises for those who spend too much time in front of screens.
In workshop 4 meet Claudia Ellermann, yoga teacher in Kansas City.
Being in home offices glued to screens hurts. Neck and shoulders are haunched and tensed, belly and diaphragm contracted. Not breathing deeply we can more than ever see the side effects of prolonged sitting. Claudia will show us the best stretches to counter them. The exercises can be easily done on a chair. You don´t need to roll out your yoga mat.
