Under the leadership of the Group CEO, the Executive Board implements the strategic guidelines and resolutions of the Board of Directors and leads Franke's business operations.

The operative structure of the Group is comprised of the Group functions Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Information Services, General Counsel, and the three divisions Franke Home Solutions, Franke Foodservice Systems and Franke Coffee Systems.
