With more than twenty-five years of experience including more than four years in monitoring the Master Plan for the digitalization of the topographic and cartography fields, adoption of new Information Technologies for the establishment of GIS and digital cartography and topographic surveys by satellite , followed by more than nineteen years in the field of industrial information systems for the tolling and operation of Tunisian highways and the diversity of experience in the fiber optics field as well as telecommunication with the three installed operators in Tunisia.

I also launched the strategic study for the implementation of an Integrated Management and Toll Information System based on three parties ERP around a strong security solution. Furthermore, I took up the challenge of the Digital Transformation of the sector by introducing new information technologies via mobile payment (USSD technology, Mdinar,...) and introduced API to dialogue with industrial systems for the management of toll traffic.

Then I entered the governmental life as an advisor in Digital Transformation of the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fishing and Water Resources and as a president of the Digital Transformation commission in the ministry, in order to put the foundation of a digital agriculture based on, among others, the use of drones, the auscultation of dams, the agricultural map, and other projects working on the digitalization of the agricultural sector.

In order to crown my career, I joined the Ministry of Transport and Logistics where I was in charge of the governmental work and designated as a member of the governmental team in a participatory approach for regional development in direct relation with the stakeholders of the Tunisian state the UGTT, UTICA, the components of the Civil society in order to build together a model of economic development.
