Siegfried Schallenmueller (Siggi) leads the Digital Innovation team in EMEA, working with customers both sharing on Amazon’s culture and best practices in areas such as open innovation, customer centricity, AI strategy and adoption as well as creating new digital products and services.He joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, building the innovation advisory team in EMEA with focus on key themes as Customer Centricity, Digital Eco-System Innovation and Data Monetization.Prior to AWS he held senior management roles with major Global system integrators (Siemens, NTT) as Global SVP of Professional Services and Industry Solutions and EMEA Head of Customer Experience. Customer experience has always been his passion in B2C and B2B environments, running B2B service operations, e.g. working with leading retailers and utilities on personalized 1:1 e-commerce experiences.He lectures at various business schools on innovation, New Ways of Working and Customer Relationship Management.Siggi lives with his family in Dubai, UAE.
