The Adecco Group (Adecco Group AG), headquartered in Zurich, is a publicly listed personnel services provider. The company acts as an agent between employers and applicants for jobs. Adecco is represented in over 60 countries with over 34,000 employees in around 5,300 branches. The company was formed in 1996 from the merger of the Swiss company Adia Interim and the French company Ecco.
