From February 18 to 20, 2026, Horst Ellermann and Faktor 3 invite you to the Hamburg IT Strategy Days – Germany’s most renowned IT conference and the ultimate “class reunion” for the CIO community. More than 1,500 IT decision-makers and digital pioneers will gather both in-person and digitally to discuss the latest trends and challenges in IT. This 24th edition of the event promises three days full of valuable insights and networking opportunities.
This year’s theme: “AI-Economy – Resilience – Sovereignty”
During the event, key topics will include:
- AI-Business: Transitioning from pilot phases to profitable AI-driven business models.
- Sovereignty: Achieving digital independence and overcoming related challenges.
- Governance: Integrating IT and business for better speed and accountability.
- Resilience: Making IT future-proof and strengthening employees against digital threats.

The conference will feature more than 180 speakers and 85 sessions, including keynotes, CIO case studies, forums, and roundtables. There will be plenty of opportunities for networking with leading IT experts, CXOs, and digital leaders to exchange knowledge and ideas.
The Hamburg IT Strategy Days 2026 will be held again at the Grand Elysée Hotel Hamburg (Maps), providing an ideal environment for collaboration and innovation.
