As being new at Adecco: understand the business, clients and drivers of temporary and permanent employer placements
Understand the complex IT organization and its eco-system with IT production, delivery and governance coming from all regions globally, externally and internally
Upgrade the infrastructure and workplaces of 500 branches in the DACH region to be ready for future digitization initiatives
Support and drive the current digitization initiatives to change the business of employer placements (automation, self-services, shared service center for back office activities)
