CORONA AS A BOOSTER FOR AGILITY

Coca-Cola used the lockdown to improve agile skills, Accenture sees a much bigger demand for agility.

 

Coca-Cola is making its biggest profit in bars and restaurants. In other words: Not now. Christian Rasche,  CIO & CDO at Coca Cola European Partners Germany, is using the time to improve agility and to envision new ways of operating to weathering the crisis inside the world´s biggest Coca-Cola bottler. The company is in the pole position because agile has been the leading model for many years already. 

 

 

Accenture sees a major shift towards agility in all business areas. It has become more than just a hype topic and is more relevant than ever since Corona.
