Time investment
CIOmove starts onThursday evening and ends on the following sunday with lunch. Participants do not have to take part in all event days. but it is highly recommended to attend at least Saturday (“academic day”) and Sunday (“peers day”). The method of Professor Krcmar and his team depends on sharing knowledge by all participants during Sunday.

Documentation
The results of the group discussions will be summarized in a book. The organizer reserves the right to make audio and video recordings. Confidential information has to be declared as such and will not be published. The participant declares his/her compliance with the collection and forwarding of the data mentioned in the registration as well as the publication and use by the host of photos made during the event and interviews without compensation.
Data processing and forwarding
The organizer reserves the right to disclose personal data such as name, company, position, e-mail address and telephone numbers to third parties. These can be partners of CIOmove, cooperating hotels or restaurants, organizers of activities or similar. By participating and accepting our terms and conditions you agree to the data transfer.
Data protection consent declaration and disclaimer for you participation at the CIOmove
I agree to the collection, processing and use of my personal data, such as name, organization and function, as well as the personal data as arise during my participation in the event, my audio and video recordings and technical data, for the purposes of organizing, conducting and participating in the above event. This also includes information from which indications of my racial and ethnic origin, religion or world view, political opinion, trade union membership and/or health can be derived (e.g. skin color, headgear, glasses, or similar).
This consent also includes the agreement to the partial or complete use of fixed-image recordings, photos and quotes from the event for accompanying short and press releases or for news on the event’s website (www.ciomove.com) as well as for messages on social media platforms (LinkedIn) from CIOmove.
This declaration of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time by e-mail to contact@ciomove.com. After receipt of the revocation, the personal data covered by the revocation can no longer be used by CIOmove on the basis of this consent. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. My data that are technically necessary for the implementation of the event or that are generated during it will be stored for one month; otherwise, my personal data will be stored for the purposes of carrying out the public relations work described above until the next CIOmove is held, which is expected to be in one year’s time.
The responsible party for the processing of the above-mentioned personal data is Faktor 3 Live GmbH, Kattunbleich 35, 22041 Hamburg. The data provided by me will be used exclusively in the context of my participation in the aforementioned event for the purposes stated above.
I declare that I participate in the event at my own risk, that I have no claim against the organizer in case of damages (arising also in connection with the novel SARS-CoV-2 virus) and that I am sufficiently insured against accidents and liability cases.
I certify that I have been fully vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 or that I have recovered from COVID19 and can prove my recovery (with a prove not older than 6 months).
