Rainer Peters is Vice President of Customer Success and Lifetime Value for the Central Europe geography at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

In this role, Rainer leads the Customer Success and Lifetime Value organization for a diverse set of countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, and many others across the Central Europe geography. He is focused on increasing the impact of HPE’s solutions on customers, where the success of HPE is measured by the degree to which the customer achieves their own goals and desired outcomes.

A 30-year services industry veteran, Rainer previously held the role of Vice President & General Manager of the Business Solution Group for the DACH geography in HPE. He began his career in 1992 as a Response Center Engineer at Hewlett Packard and in the subsequent years, held management roles across several divisions of the company, such as printing and personal computing, the Channel organization and support delivery in Germany. In 2017, Rainer was appointed VP & General Manager of HPE Pointnext Services for DACH and in the following years, established and led new areas of the business focused on Data Lifecycle and Business Solutions and advisory services.

 

Stefan Brock is the HPE Industry Partner and Strategist for the automotive and manufacturing sector in Central Europe. He enables organizations to transform into data centric businesses, leverage on data and the use of AI, and enables participation in the digital data sharing ecosystem.

During his more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Stefan held leading IT roles in different companies, before joining HPE in 2020, such as: Head of IT Architecture at Swissport, the largest ground handler in Aviation or Head of the production architecture of Swisscom (CH), where he was actively involved in the Agile and DevOps transformation of the organization. Before working in Enterprise and IT Architecture, Stefan acquired a wide and deep knowledge in SW development, systems integration, and operations as CTO and in different management roles in ISPs, System Integrators, and tech companies. Stefan has an Engineering degree from RWTH Aachen, a MBA from Henley Management College and participated in the Senior Executive Program from London Business School.

He is a regular contributor to international symposia on Digital Transformation, Data Centric Architecture, AI and Analytics. Stefan is co-author of the Data Centric Architecture for Dummies guide, co-author of “The pathway to becoming a digital champion” (Platform Industry 4.0) and is on his way to publish a new book on “Data Centric Enterprises”.

 

Marc Fischer has been Managing Director & Vice President Global Sales Germany of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) since February 1, 2023.

Marc has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. Like many of the company's other senior managers, he started his career with a dual study program (at that time: "University of Cooperative Education") at HP. After 17 years, he moved to IBM as head of the PC business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He also held positions as Managing Director at Lenovo Germany and Austria as well as Head of the Systems & Technology Group at IBM in Germany and Northeast Europe. Marc returned to HP/HPE in September 2013 and was most recently responsible for HPE's IT infrastructure business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Marc is married, has four children and lives in the south of Stuttgart. He enjoys going to live concerts and maintains close family ties to France and Portugal. He is also fascinated by the nature of southern Africa.
