Stefanie Kemp

Stefanie Kemp began her career in healthcare as a pediatric nurse before moving into IT in the pharmaceutical sector over three decades ago. After 10 years working for IBM, Integrata and TDS, she switched to the end-user side in 2002.

Kemp has worked for various companies, including HypoVereinsbank and Thomas Cook, and in 2006 she was appointed Group Chief Information Officer of the Vorwerk Group. In 2013, she joined RWE / innogy SE and was initially responsible for the Group CIO Office before moving to the leadership team of the Innovation@RWE initiative, where she served as Executive Sponsor for Digital Disruption and Head of Digital Domain.

From June 2020 to July 2022, she led business operations for the German division of Oracle. On September 2022, she was appointed to the Executive Board position of Chief Transformation Officer at Sana Kliniken AG.

Kemp holds additional posts as senior advisor for a renowned private equity firm and supervisory board mandates in technology companies. She is also a member of the Executive Committee at eco, the Association of the Internet Industry, executive sponsor of the Rotonda Business Club Düsseldorf, and an active mentor of the Initiative Women into Leadership (IWiL), where she has been involved since its foundation in December 2017.
