Dr. Rainer Mehl, Executive Vice President, Capgemini

is a consulting and technology leader by heart: he has more than 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting with large, multinational and global clients, mainly within Auto industry. At the turn of the year, he joined the Management Board of Capgemini Germany with local and global responsibility for Volkswagen Group account.
His more than 15 years in international (Central Europe/EMEA/global) leadership roles as Global Client Partner, VP, Managing Director and EVP are condensed to lead towards a digital future where new skills and capabilities are required. - Driving change in large organizations, foster collaboration, giving orientation, taking over responsibility. On top of this building global teams and empowering full local execution.
 

Ralf Blessmann, Executive Vice President / Head of MU Automotive Germany

has more than twenty years of experience in the automotive and IT industry and has long held overall responsibility for leading premium OEMs. He joined Capgemini in 2012 after twenty years with IBM. At the turn of the year, he succeeded Henrik Ljungström and now heads the automotive sector in the German organization as a Member of the Management Board.

Ralf Blessmann sees data sovereignty and the use of this data for the development of new business models as a key success factor for German automotive companies. Customer and vehicle-related data are the focus here, as they can be used and monetized separately and, especially in combination, will change the entire automotive market. In addition to his role as Automotive Head in Germany, he is also an elected member of the ITC Committee of the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry and Commerce and has lectured on CRM and Key Account Management at the DHBW Stuttgart.
