At the global media, services, and education company Bertelsmann, several divisions are doing innovative work on new software. The Group's technology strategists have partnered with Deloitte to launch a platform project. Thanks to the new Software-as-a-Service Marketplace, any developments on the Bertelsmann Collaboration Platform (BCP) can now be shared and scaled internationally within the Group.

Delegates

Marcus Madelung is the Director Cloud Transformation Sales for Google at Deloitte (for Germany and Central Region, France and Portugal). His responsibility is to orchestrate and enable Google Cloud and Deloitte’s offering within businesses to help them thrive towards their Cloud journey.

During his more than 25 years of experience in the IT and Telco industry, Marcus held different global leading roles and proactively supported client on their various journeys. Before joining Deloitte in August 2022, he successfully restructured Expleo in DACH and helped to start off Google Cloud in Germany.

 

Jan-Niklas Keltsch

Dr. Jan-Niklas Keltsch is a an experienced entrepreneur and intrapreneur with a strong background in engineering and economics. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MSC in Economics from the University of St. Andrews.

Currently, Jan-Niklas is managing Deloitte's Software Product CAMPfire, a cloud-based platform that enables seamless buying and selling of digital assets, both inside and outside the enterprise. With CAMPfire, revenues can be allocated accordingly, and software solutions can be easily shared among development teams and end-users, with access and data managed centrally for a complete overview of all available datasets.

Additionally, Jan-Niklas led a digital health start-up investment team, managing a portfolio of holding companies and co-developing their strategy. He also founded and led the program to build Deloitte's consultancy business of the future, managing the development and global roll-out of Deloitte.ai, a cloud-based marketplace for SaaS applications which eventually led to the development of CAMPfire.
