On December 3rd, Stefan Latuski, CIO at Siemens Mobility, Shirley Sheffer, Talent & Organization Lead at Accenture, and Raphael Gielgen, Trendscout at Vitra will share the outcomes of a unique co-creation journey with us.
Work, leadership, and office spaces have been slowly evolving over time. But then the pandemic hit. As a catalyst, this crisis has abruptly changed the way we work, lead, and use (virtual) space. We have to take advantage of this momentum and think further into the future. Where do we want to be in 10 to 15 years? What will be essential for us? In other words, what is our Preferred Future (#preferredfuture)?
Accenture teamed up with Vitra, other New Work experts and participants from 15 organizations to consider the future of working, leadership, and space. Over the course of 10 weeks the diverse team, from a variety of industries and with different functional backgrounds such as HR, IT, and real estate, dared to dream. Together, they co-created, researched, and strategized to imagine how they wish to work together, execute leadership, and use office spaces in the future.
