CIOrun at CIOmove

No, we are not in Switzerland for fun. So a little bit of torture is part of it. If you are not only interested in the future of modern technologies, but also want to be physically active, you will find the opportunity to do so at CIOmove in Switzerland, as you always have.

We are on a roll!

Almost traditionally, for those who can’t resist, we go on a short run through Zurich in the morning, perhaps before breakfast, but definitely before the start of the official programme.

It starts directly in front of our hotel, leads via Limmatplatz and the Oberer Letten swimming pool across the river and along the banks of the Limmat. Along the way we pass the Swiss National Museum, walk through Platzspitz Park and pass the Museum of Design before arriving back at the hotel fit and happy after almost exactly four kilometres.

Then the day can begin!

And for those who don’t want to run but swim: the Oberer Letten Flussbad (river pool) is on the running course and in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Here you can enjoy a morning cool-down. The Flussbad offers a 400-metre-long swimming channel and a two-metre-high diving tower. More information about the Flussbad.
