Dr. Helmuth Ludwig completed a degree in engineering at the University of Karlsruhe before earning a doctorate at Kiel University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. Ludwig teaches  Strategy and Entrepreneurship  as  Professor of Practice at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Focused on the role of supervisory boards providing guidance for digital transformation and technology adoption in global firms, including implementation of „Democratization of Artificial Intelligence“ in leading organizations
